My only source for this term is Roger Blake in The American Dictionary of Adult Sexual Terms (1964): ' A choking, accompanied by the feeling of a lump in the throat ascribed by Freud and others to a repressed sexual fear involving the intake of food from the mothers breast manifested in later life through inhibitions to fellatio or breast sucking .'
